Dr. Elena Vaynshtok, MSPT, DPT

Dr. Elena Vaynshtok graduated from Long Island University with a Master’s degree in Physical Therapy in 2001 and went on to earn a Doctorate degree in 2005. In 2007 she opened her top–rated outpatient physical therapy clinic, Prime Fitness Physical Therapy & Rehabilitaiton. An active member of the American Physical Therapy Association, Elena is on the cutting edge of her field, offering the highest standard of care for her patients using state–of–the–art physical therapy techniques including McKenzie protocols, myofascial release, soft tissue massage, PNF techniques, neuromuscular reeducation, Kinesio taping, and therapeutic exercises. She is certified in Pilates floor and reformer techniques and the Schroth method of treatment for scoliosis. Elena enjoys working with adult and pediatric patients with orthopedic, neurological, and sports–related injuries and illnesses. As a former competitive gymnast, she is keenly aware of the physical therapy demands of athletes and sports enthusiasts. Her practice offers post–operative care for arthroscopic surgeries, joint replacements, tendon repairs, back surgeries, and other interventions. Along with her staff, Elena creates a customized physical therapy program for every patient to target their individual needs and goals.

Wioletta Swiech, PTA

In 2004 Wioletta graduated with honors from LaGuardia Community College from the Associate of Applied Science: Physical Therapy Assistant program. In 2013 she graduated from Touro College with a Bachelor of Science degree. Wioletta has over 15 years of experience in delivering quality care focused on superior outcomes in patients mobility, functional abilities and quality of life. Wioletta provides treatment to patients with orthopedic injuries, joint replacements, post arthroscopic surgeries, arthritis, acute and chronic pains. Wioletta also has passion for treating patients with vestibular disorders such as BPPV, Ménière's disease, migraine-associated vertigo and other vestibular dysfunctions such as from aging (dizziness and imbalance). Wioletta likes to make physical therapy a fun and pleasant experience for all patients while helping them attain their goals. Wioletta enjoys spending free time with her kids playing basketball, biking and roller skating. Wioletta completed numerous manual courses such as Comprehensive Manual Therapy for Lumbar and Cervical Pathology, Comprehensive Manual Therapy for Upper and Lower Extremity Pathology as well as An Intensive Training on MyoFascial Trigger Point Therapy and MyoFascial Release courses. She also completed 3 levels of KinesioTaping courses. Wioletta speaks fluently in English, Polish and Russian.

Audrey Marie D. Gravador, PTRP, PT

Audrey graduated from Velez College (2018) in the Philippines with a degree in physical therapy and has been an advocate for people with disabilities. Being proficient in the Filipino Sign Language, she was able to bridge the communication gap between doctors, the medical team, and the hearing impaired by working with Philippine Accessible Disability Services, Inc. to offer Filipino Sign Language classes to medical students in Cebu. In addition, she has extensive experience in both sports and orthopedics from her work as a Sports Physical Therapist for the Philippine Accessible Disability Services, Incorporated, where she worked with the national dragonboat team of the Philippines, a group of para-athletes who won championships in competitions held in Florida, Hong Kong, and Thailand. Even as she studied medicine at the Cebu Institute of Medicine, she worked as a physical therapist specializing in orthopedics and sports and was responsible for planning sporting events including the inaugural dragonboat regatta and Cebu City marathons. She played tennis, ballet, and piano as a child, and she is a well-rounded Red Cross Youth member. From 2020 to the present, she has also participated in probono activities with the Total Outreach for Community Health, one of the top ten medical school organizations in the Philippines for fundraising for breast cancer patients, doctors without personal protective equipment, families without access to technology for online learning, teaching Filipino sign language, continuing her advocacy for people with disabilities. She also worked as a part-time YouTuber, promoting physical therapy education and practice in the Philippines. She conducted interviews with various physical therapy schools throughout the country to address important questions regarding physical therapy and the life of a medical student. Owing to her social media presence, she was invited to speak and serve as a delegate at the Association of Philippine Medical Colleges Foundation, Inc., the largest medical student conference in the Philippines, which was hosted by the University of the Philippines. She discusses the state of the Filipino economy, how to prepare doctors to handle social issues in medicine, various Department of Health programs for people with impairments, and the prospects for orthopedics and rehabilitation. Additionally, she has been giving back to Velez College, her alma mater, as a speaker about orthopedic, sports, and amputee physical therapy. She is currently training for the 2024 TCS New York City Marathon and volunteers as a physical therapist in New York Road Runners running events such as half marathons and 2023 TCS NYC marathon, holds certifications as an endurance running coach, Hospital for Special Surgery Orthopedics Rehabilitation and is currently working on her Schroth certification.
