Dr. Elena Vaynshtok, MSPT, DPT
Dr. Elena Vaynshtok graduated from Long Island University with a Master’s degree in Physical Therapy in 2001 and went on to earn a Doctorate degree in 2005. In 2007 she opened her top–rated outpatient physical therapy clinic, Prime Fitness Physical Therapy & Rehabilitaiton.
An active member of the American Physical Therapy Association, Elena is on the cutting edge of her field, offering the highest standard of care for her patients using state–of–the–art physical therapy techniques including McKenzie protocols, myofascial release, soft tissue massage, PNF techniques, neuromuscular reeducation, Kinesio taping, and therapeutic exercises. She is certified in Pilates floor and reformer techniques and the Schroth method of treatment for scoliosis.
Elena enjoys working with adult and pediatric patients with orthopedic, neurological, and sports–related injuries and illnesses. As a former competitive gymnast, she is keenly aware of the physical therapy demands of athletes and sports enthusiasts. Her practice offers post–operative care for arthroscopic surgeries, joint replacements, tendon repairs, back surgeries, and other interventions.
Along with her staff, Elena creates a customized physical therapy program for every patient to target their individual needs and goals.

Deborah Dweck, DPT
Dr. Deborah Dweck is a Physical Therapy Specialist in Brooklyn, New York. She graduated with honors from State University of New York Downstate Medical Center where she received her Doctorate of Physical Therapy.
Having more than 2 years of diverse experiences, Deborah evaluates and treats multiple diagnoses including sports injuries, orthopedic conditions, and pelvic floor related symptoms. Deborah is a strong advocate for women's health/ pelvic floor rehabilitation and earned her Pelvic Floor 1 Certification through Herman and Wallace.
Deborah likes staying active - growing up, she was an acrobatic gymnast and competed in the tri-state area. These days, she enjoys hiking, cycling, traveling and crocheting.
